she seems to be accompanied by some pretty cold winds?? the air around her is getting a bit frigid.
she doesn't notice, she's just mad - ignore that there's some frost collecting around her hair ornaments
maybe say something to her before she gives us all frost bite? or if she catches you looking in her direction, even if it's just to try to tell where the cold might be coming from, she'll pick the fight for you - ]
