Week Five

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Lune who speaks up first this time.

"Good morning, good morning. You've done well to purge the corruption in the previous gateway - allow us to assist with the finishing touches. For the time being, it would appear as though we've been able to locate another. I would not grow complacent, but I also wonder if you all might enjoy the surprise."

When Lune finishes, Sol chimes in from their place at Lune's side.

"Maybe we can have another week like the last. It'd be nice, wouldn't it? Good luck out there."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will begin to see odd mirages and hear voices calling for them. Even though they might not realize it, these phantoms that will be haunting them will be their partner's most important person, calling for them to come home. Partners will only be able to see each other's illusions if they make physical contact.

[ he's laughing, the fool, unaware that he's gonna end up in an outfit. ]

As creepy dog mascot buddies?

[ she's already started walking to that stall ]

[ he follows like the FOOL he is because he is AMUSED ]

Hey, wait, you serious? Why d'you wanna wear these so much?

They're kind of fun.

[ it's silly? and such a jump from what she's used to doing so

[ oh no......... naminé getting to do normal(??) silly stuff...... His weakness ]

Alright, alright, but I get to say no if you pick the worst looking one on purpose!

[whitewalls]

[ she holds out her............... paw, to shake ]

[ there's nothing more terrifying than a 6'3 tall mascot when the mascot looks like that horrible panther, so of course the second he's got it all on he turns to naminé, arms extended ]

Ta-daaaa. [ it's muffled because. head. ] How's it look?

[ ah. it's awful. ]

[ she's delighted ]

[ he puts a ... paw? out to high five namine ]

Now what?

[whitewalls]

[ they're high fiving! yeah! ]

We walk around now.

[leaberator]

Well, we might find something to do while walking.

[ they're just hanging out as furries ]

[leaberator]

... Sure, why not? I've never been to the circus, an' I know you haven't, either.

also the clown never going to the circus is just funny ]

[ hisoka must be disappointed

but they can start heading to the tent. she'll put her costume head back on, so now they both look terrible. ]

It seems like it'll be fun.
