As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Lune who speaks up first this time.

"Good morning, good morning. You've done well to purge the corruption in the previous gateway - allow us to assist with the finishing touches. For the time being, it would appear as though we've been able to locate another. I would not grow complacent, but I also wonder if you all might enjoy the surprise."

When Lune finishes, Sol chimes in from their place at Lune's side.

"Maybe we can have another week like the last. It'd be nice, wouldn't it? Good luck out there."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will begin to see odd mirages and hear voices calling for them. Even though they might not realize it, these phantoms that will be haunting them will be their partner's most important person, calling for them to come home. Partners will only be able to see each other's illusions if they make physical contact.

[not that he's never seen the world from up high but usually when he does it's because he's a giant horse.]

From up high? It does make the tents look especially impressive.

[ being a giant horse does help him get higher views, she would imagine ]

They're very colourful.

It's pretty. I didn't think they'd be that colourful, for some reason.

Don't you think of camouflage or just white when someone says "tent"?

I suppose if we're talking about what humans do for camping.

That's normally what I think of, yeah. So... that's my go to.

Well, these seem to be for entertainment, and that's usually associated with bright colours, I think.

I've never been to a circus before... is it? I imagine that would draw people in better than a camouflage tent, for sure.

[nonbelligerent]

The point is for them to make money, right? So attracting attention would be to their benefit.

[stillstands]

You're not wrong. They could offer free things to tempt you in though, like snacks. That usually goes over well, right?

That does seem like it'd be tempting for many.
