Week Six

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Sol who speaks up first this time.

"Morning. You've done well purging the corruption in the previous gateway, and we'll be doing the finishing touches ourselves. Thank you for your help. In the meantime, we've got another one for you to explore. It's... kind of huge, so stick together when you can."

When Sol finishes, Lune picks up where they left off.

"Hm... There also appears to be something of a change on the horizon. If you are no longer obligated to those you have been attached to - will you stay by their sides?"

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, everyone will find themselves capable of seeing one another's memories at the simplest form of contact. For those who are closer to one another, they may see a memory the moment they make eye contact, while those who are less familiar may require a slight touch. The memories will feel as though the viewer is experiencing the event themselves.

While it may not be made immediately obvious - there is no partner effect for the week. The houses of the departed partners may disappear, but there is otherwise no bond attaching pairs.

Fish mostly. Some plants, depending on the breed. Toothless here eats most of whatever I give him. [The dragon below him rumbles a little. Hiccup tilts his head down to look at him.] I said mostly.

Stormfly'll probably let you feed her when we're done here. [Probably. As if a dragon will say no to free food.]

Fish, is it? They would certainly get along well with Valvatorez, then.

looking around, she seizes on a stick—and hucks it as far as she can. which is far.]

Fetch, Stormfly! Make haste, bold creature!

Uh...who's Valvatorez? [But the question's lost because Stormfly perks up and charges straight into battle, knocking over several vikings with her tail as she blows past them to get to the stick. A dragon tries to launch at her, but she rears up and swipes them with her back spines before picking up the stick and returning to Milla.

This is fine.]

A vampire that is obsessed with sardines, and their consumption. He eats nothing else. I shall inform him of his dragon-like similarities.

the sudden urge to pat this good girl is unbearable.]

[Please inform Val, a dragon, how he is like a dragon. Hiccup doesn't know this though and there's an exaggerated nod because sure, why not! As it is, Stormfly is a very showy dragon and Toothless rumbles almost like he's laughing. Stormfly drops the stick in front of Milla and warks again, tail swinging and knocking another viking off their feet before they can get close enough.]

You could probably ride her to help get the others back to Berk. Looks like she might trust you.

[milla, unaware of how she is getting dragged by ty, picks up the chomped and slimy stick, and wiggles it here and there.

she is 100% down for this violent bonding activity.]

[in the meantime, she throws the stick again





deliberately into a crowd of sneaky vikings. yeah. gettem, tiger.]

[She's doing great, I support her. Hiccup apparently does, too, because he looks pretty pleased with this chain of events as Stormfly barrels straight into a crowd of vikings, throwing them off and into the path of other dragons.]

When you're ready, just ask her to sit and she'll listen. Her saddle should be good to go. Hope you aren't afraid of heights!
