It may be difficult to sleep with the light shining so brightly throughout the night, but the participants can rest easy knowing they will not be plagued by unwanted, disturbing dreams. Early the next day, a bell chimes and all will feel compelled to enter the main meeting hall.

The hall looks mostly the same as it always has, the two thrones for Lune and Sol at the head of the room and scrolls hanging from the walls. The metal box sits on a table near the front, along with the glass boxes perfectly centered before the benches in the room. Now that the trial is in session, Julius and Cinnabar's coffins are open, and their bodies will be available for examination.

Lune and Sol are seated in their thrones, patiently waiting for the last participant to settle. It's only when everyone has gathered that Sol speaks first. They hesitate, looking back at Lune for a moment before they square their shoulders and face the participants again.

"Lune's going to be here to supervise, but I'll be the one taking care of things today. I know things have been kinda tough, but…trust your instincts and ask for whatever you need. I'll do my best."

Hello, everyone, and welcome to the sixth trial!

Things will proceed as normal, but for this trial and the next all NPC interactions will be via Sol while Dana is out of town! This means questions and locations will be handled by them.

We'll go over a few notes briefly as we will be playing this trial a bit differently than other games.

As noted, there was no investigation period on Friday. However, today participants will have the chance to investigate areas in the game setting as they see fit! This can be done by providing the name of the location you want to visit to the host header comment. To help with the ease of the trial and for IC mechanics, only one location may be visited at a time. In addition, these locations can be manipulated and adjusted upon request to test theories and solve puzzles, so please feel free to ask if you're searching for clues! Your host will also be accompanying you on these visits.

Most importantly, before the trial is over, please place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

[cyclists]

[...Sol just...kind of laughs incredulously.]

Um...you're not. Not this week.

... Are you serious?

[Sigh.] Yeah, that's what I said, too. But yeah. No corrupted. This was all you guys.

[televised]

Great.

[... Shess already asked, but to clarify:]

How many corrupted among the dead, then?

[nonbelligerent]

Has all of the previous corruption been purified by now?

[cyclists]

[Hm...] Yes. And they were purified in the way that you think they were.

[So make of that what you will, Shess.]

[blackcoats]

[ she is here for actual relevant reasons, but first, ]

... How are you doing?

[cyclists]

[Given he's kind of hunched over and rigid she can probably guess.]

Okay, I guess. [He doesn't know how to answer that.] Lune said he trusts me to run everything today, so...I can't let him down.

[blackcoats]

We're here for you.

[ out of the pocket of her sweater pops up a familiar tiny bundle of mewing. ]

... Want her to keep you company today, too?

[cyclists]

[Cat! Upon hearing the mewing, Sol's own cloak wiggles around.]

Hey! [But...he nods.] She and Wednesday can hang out for a while. [Please cover him with cats and then kill him.] You sure?

[blackcoats]

Yeah. She isn't scared of you anymore.

[ she wrangles pumpkin spice out of her pocket and hands the kitten over to sol. pumpkin spice immediately curls up in his arms.

with that out of the way, though... she sighs. back to business. ]

... Even though no one is corrupted, why do we still have to vote for someone to be purified?

[whitewalls]

[ hi sol......

she hands over a sandwich and some juice ]

How many killers were they?

[cyclists]

[...he takes his sandwich and juice, thank you Naminé. Give him a second to take a drink.]

There were three this week.

[whitewalls]

Oh...

[ hm. bad. ]

What about powers?

[cyclists]

[He holds up a hand to start counting.] One air manipulation, one water manipulation, one air power, one earth power, and one fire power.

[omegathree]

Could we get a privacy screen?

[Doesn't bother him, but some people are less willing.]

[cyclists]

Yeah. Uh...[Give him a second and he'll produce a black and white screen. It's not fancy like Lune's but it'll do.] Here.

[omegathree]

Excellent.

[leaberator]

[ he throws a peach at sol ]

Heads up! Hey, about the whole... half-dead/half-alive thing from last week. Think you can expand on it?

[cyclists]

Whoa! [He catches the peach! Man, a little more warning next time?

[But hm. He shakes his head.] But no. Don't need to. It's no longer relevant.

[leaberator]

I said heads up! You caught it, didn't you?

[ shameless. also. Interesting ? ]

It's not? Did it stop being relevant immediately after that trial, or...

[cyclists]

Yeah, yeah. [He takes a bite of the peach...and answers...but it's mumbled by fruit because nobody ever taught him manners.]
