As the sun rises on Saturday morning, all will be quiet and still in the village. Not a single soul stirs as the sun and the moon linger in the sky, visible should anyone look.

A shimmer of stars spark through the air as a swirl of darkness lifts from the village. Everything has returned to as it once was, all 16 houses in-tact and all buildings precisely as they were before. Beams of light follow, soaring through the air and delivering every single participant back to this plane of existence.

As participants gather their wits and take in their surroundings, they'll find that a celebratory banquet has been prepared for them not unlike the one that originally greeted them. Decorations hang from the rafters and windows as lively music plays and can be heard in every part of the village. Some may even be able to trace the source to a gathering of musical instruments, and even...a turntable? Strange. All manner of fruits and vegetables appear to be perfect for harvest, and a variety of freshly cooked dishes from across many worlds can be found on display at the tables in the center. If you don't see your favorite dish? All of the ingredients can be found, along with amenities to make it yourself.

Surrounding the center of the village, several gateways open one by one, a soft gold glow emitting from them. No dangers linger in these parts, but adventure awaits those who wish to find it. Likewise, silver gateways open alongside these and serve as portals that allow participants to return to their homeworlds whenever they're ready.

Your Oracle Bells are in working condition, all messages saved from your time here and featuring a new network feature. Even as you leave this world, you're only 140 characters away from the friends you've come to cherish. Look around at those who join you today. Look hard enough, and you may even find some familiar faces you haven't seen for a very, very long time.

Though your time in this village draws to a close, the universe has settled and found a path to follow. You will always have a place here should you wish to return, and even when you depart for your next destination, your strength and power will follow you.

Your gratitude will be remembered, participants. Congratulations.



Happy endgame, friends! Thank you guys for a fun nine weeks! Here's a breakdown of what's happening in this post.

-All participants have been revived.
-All locations from the game have been opened, including the locations of the CYOAs.
-All characters' homeworlds can be visited.
-Castmates will be able to come through these world portals and play with the game's cast! So feel free to tag each other, etc.
-The Oracle Bells now have a universal network! We have a post over in the free-for-all meme comm so please just spam each other to your heart's content.
-All elemental powers will remain with characters when they leave! This includes their special skills.
-And yes, all injuries are healed and all characters will remember their time here.

I guess I'm a little homesick, knowing that home's on the cusp of destruction, but not yet. I want to save my dog.

It'll only be a month. After that... Duty's fulfilled, I can do whatever I want. Come see you.

But more importantly, this is suspicious. She doesn't really care about the several other love interests and kissing other people thing, Minato, but this is like being abandoned. Or lied to.

It's not as if she knows what will happen at the end of that month, but making plans and then trying to leave without talking about them, making new plans over them, or... No, not new. Going back to old plans? Anyway, she hates this. ]

[ She should just tell him the dog can come too, and he would abandon his world in a heartbeat and be bad end Minato again.

But he knows what it sounds like, as he takes his hands out of his pockets and takes both her hands in his. It felt like so long ago when he'd made the promise, and it felt like the best thing to do then. There was nowhere else for him to go, after all, but now that there is... ]

I'm not lying.

[ He intends to come back, he had intended to stay with her. He promised a lot of other things too, to different people, not all of them compatible with one another, especially when his plan was to march off to fight Death all along, and subsequently break every single one of those promises, however unintentional. ]

How about you come with me, for a month? I'll show introduce you to my dog, and... Having you by my side would put my heart at ease, I think.

[ She's also a goddess and would kick ass, Minato thinks to himself, but he doesn't say this. ]

[ Even asking if he's lying is hard for her because it's like admitting that it matters. She had originally made the agreement as something that was only make believe to begin with... But asking for it to really come true is a whole other thing. It's admitting that she sincerely wants it.

And that his decisions have the power to - not make her angry, but hurt her. But maybe that isn't really a surprise at this point.

She still seems suspicious, but... Considers. She has her own problems to tend to back home, but it isn't as if they're that time sensitive. ]

[ This is the best/worst party lineup I've ever seen. ]

The most I can do is use the lightning I gained here. [ As a goddess, Akane actually has, um, 0 powers, herself. ]

[ Mauyn was lamenting the fact that all they have is lightning and fire among them, they're going to do great ]

That's all I need, somebody to have my back. I'll leave my backpack with you, and if any of us look like we're dying, you can pelt us with beads.

Yeah. How good's your aim? It'd be cool if you could get somebody right between the eyes.

No, the throwing isn't the part I'm confused about.

The beads... are healing beads. It just works. Like magic.

I guess I've never played a healer, before. It could be fun.
