As the sun rises on Saturday morning, all will be quiet and still in the village. Not a single soul stirs as the sun and the moon linger in the sky, visible should anyone look.

A shimmer of stars spark through the air as a swirl of darkness lifts from the village. Everything has returned to as it once was, all 16 houses in-tact and all buildings precisely as they were before. Beams of light follow, soaring through the air and delivering every single participant back to this plane of existence.

As participants gather their wits and take in their surroundings, they'll find that a celebratory banquet has been prepared for them not unlike the one that originally greeted them. Decorations hang from the rafters and windows as lively music plays and can be heard in every part of the village. Some may even be able to trace the source to a gathering of musical instruments, and even...a turntable? Strange. All manner of fruits and vegetables appear to be perfect for harvest, and a variety of freshly cooked dishes from across many worlds can be found on display at the tables in the center. If you don't see your favorite dish? All of the ingredients can be found, along with amenities to make it yourself.

Surrounding the center of the village, several gateways open one by one, a soft gold glow emitting from them. No dangers linger in these parts, but adventure awaits those who wish to find it. Likewise, silver gateways open alongside these and serve as portals that allow participants to return to their homeworlds whenever they're ready.

Your Oracle Bells are in working condition, all messages saved from your time here and featuring a new network feature. Even as you leave this world, you're only 140 characters away from the friends you've come to cherish. Look around at those who join you today. Look hard enough, and you may even find some familiar faces you haven't seen for a very, very long time.

Though your time in this village draws to a close, the universe has settled and found a path to follow. You will always have a place here should you wish to return, and even when you depart for your next destination, your strength and power will follow you.

Happy endgame, friends! Thank you guys for a fun nine weeks! Here's a breakdown of what's happening in this post.

-All participants have been revived.
-All locations from the game have been opened, including the locations of the CYOAs.
-All characters' homeworlds can be visited.
-Castmates will be able to come through these world portals and play with the game's cast! So feel free to tag each other, etc.
-The Oracle Bells now have a universal network! We have a post over in the free-for-all meme comm so please just spam each other to your heart's content.
-All elemental powers will remain with characters when they leave! This includes their special skills.
-And yes, all injuries are healed and all characters will remember their time here.

[ It would be so easy to just say "then don't go home" but he can't and Four can't, because she has duties to uphold and people relying on her. ]

...It's why I wish you were able to have a dog. That way, you'll always feel supported, and it makes things easier.

[ She would love to not go home. She desperately doesn't want to go home. She would run away if she could. She was even offered the chance, but she still said no because she would rather cloak her dark heart with soft memories that'll fade than puncture it with more hate. ]

It wouldn't be safe. I wouldn't be able to protect it.

[ She says it in such a final way, that Minato can't tell if she's being practical or if she's just resigned. ]

You have people by your side that you take care of, and let take care of you. That's not much different from having a dog.

[ She doesn't even know if she can protect herself? She doesn't really have anyone by her side at home anymore?

She looks way off into the distance. Something is just so interesting. ]

... Someone is after my life at home. She doesn't care who gets in her way. Children, women, animals. It doesn't matter. That's why it's not a good idea.

[ The one with the dragon, Minato recalls, one of Four's sisters. He has no idea what to think about a family dispute, how deep it runs, but - ]

Isn't that just as well? Fight to protect what's yours. Sometimes... you fight harder for the sake of others. Isn't that how it is?

...Doesn't make sense. If you have more friends— or dogs— and enemies, then it doesn't really matter, right? The point is that they protect you too, so you can better protect them. It's something like that.

[ Four does not want be alone, but there aren't many she trusts to be with her. Not anymore. It's a problem all of her own making—of her mind.

Her eyes flash with anger. She knew they would disagree, but that doesn't make this any less frustrating. ]

Who will be there to protect me? One is still only one.

[ Slowly, Minato points to himself. There's him. His dog. Four's... other friends(?) here? Does she have friends here? Hm. ]

I was going to show you my four dragons, right?

[forefall]

[ ... His four dragons could kill Zero, if they're anything like the dragons she knows. That's a real possibility. ]

You have your own end-of-the-world scenario to face. I can't ask you to think of me on top of that.

[compendiem]

[ Ohh, he's not being outright rejected, so that makes him a bit happy to hear, somewhat eager to go help if Four's willing to give him the chance. ]

Yeah you can... My world won't end for another month, so... depending on how long you think you can hold out, I can come help before or after. Doesn't really matter.

[ Contingent upon the world not actually ending, obviously, but he's pretty confident he can do something about it. ]

[ She doesn't know how long she has. Who knows how long it will be until Zero comes to find her? ]

[ She's skirting around giving a definite answer, but he should choose after. That way, he can be a seal, and she can be dead. ]
