As the sun rises on Saturday morning, all will be quiet and still in the village. Not a single soul stirs as the sun and the moon linger in the sky, visible should anyone look.

A shimmer of stars spark through the air as a swirl of darkness lifts from the village. Everything has returned to as it once was, all 16 houses in-tact and all buildings precisely as they were before. Beams of light follow, soaring through the air and delivering every single participant back to this plane of existence.

As participants gather their wits and take in their surroundings, they'll find that a celebratory banquet has been prepared for them not unlike the one that originally greeted them. Decorations hang from the rafters and windows as lively music plays and can be heard in every part of the village. Some may even be able to trace the source to a gathering of musical instruments, and even...a turntable? Strange. All manner of fruits and vegetables appear to be perfect for harvest, and a variety of freshly cooked dishes from across many worlds can be found on display at the tables in the center. If you don't see your favorite dish? All of the ingredients can be found, along with amenities to make it yourself.

Surrounding the center of the village, several gateways open one by one, a soft gold glow emitting from them. No dangers linger in these parts, but adventure awaits those who wish to find it. Likewise, silver gateways open alongside these and serve as portals that allow participants to return to their homeworlds whenever they're ready.

Your Oracle Bells are in working condition, all messages saved from your time here and featuring a new network feature. Even as you leave this world, you're only 140 characters away from the friends you've come to cherish. Look around at those who join you today. Look hard enough, and you may even find some familiar faces you haven't seen for a very, very long time.

Though your time in this village draws to a close, the universe has settled and found a path to follow. You will always have a place here should you wish to return, and even when you depart for your next destination, your strength and power will follow you.

Your gratitude will be remembered, participants. Congratulations.



Happy endgame, friends! Thank you guys for a fun nine weeks! Here's a breakdown of what's happening in this post.

-All participants have been revived.
-All locations from the game have been opened, including the locations of the CYOAs.
-All characters' homeworlds can be visited.
-Castmates will be able to come through these world portals and play with the game's cast! So feel free to tag each other, etc.
-The Oracle Bells now have a universal network! We have a post over in the free-for-all meme comm so please just spam each other to your heart's content.
-All elemental powers will remain with characters when they leave! This includes their special skills.
-And yes, all injuries are healed and all characters will remember their time here.

Good. [He feels less bad being selfish then.] I'm sticking around for a while, too. Just in case people need me for anything, and to make sure everyone else gets home when they're ready.

That means we have even more time to explore. [This portal is technically his anyway, so he would have the option of not going back to the village. It seems like that's not happening yet though.]

then again, with the whole time being frozen til they fully return thing, there technically isn't a rush now that they've confirmed they good ended. ]

[There's a hum of agreement.] I've never really seen a school before anyway. It can't be that scary.

[Boston, on the other hand, can be.] I think that portal's only a few down from this one. We can go when you're ready.

[ there's a pause, and she looks around

while she'd still like to explore here.... she'll be back here soon anyway, and with more friends. ]

[There's an assured nod and he grins, taking her hand again and beginning to drag her back to the opening of the portal. Onward to Boston and to adventure.] Wonder if we can bring stuff back from other worlds...

Oh... I didn't think about that?

I was planning on bring Sherbert and Chocomaru with me, and technically they count as being from other worlds, don't they?

I think so. But they count from this world, so maybe not. I'm taking Wednesday, and I know Axel and Xion are taking Roxi and Pumpkin Spice. I just wonder about stuff that aren't alive.

Why don't we try with something small then and see what happens?

... I'd say we can try with a seashell here, but I'm not sure if it'll count since we're from this world.

Maybe it'll count for you? This version of home is technically mine because of the timeline. Even though we're from the same place, maybe it won't count as "yours" yet.

[ she'll pick up a seashell then ]

[An assured nod.] Good. [He'll have to check when he comes back and sees her again in his timeline, but...it'll be a good reminder.]

Come on. Let's go look at Kaoru's portal and see what's over there. [Adventure is still out there, after all.]

Hopefully we won't get too lost.

[ it's fine they won't even realize they're not in japan

[There's zero hesitation when he reaches for her hand to take it. Onward and forward.]

It can't be that big...how hard can it be? [Getting lost apparently has never crossed his mind, but he begins to walk toward the portal to lead them back anyway.] We'll be okay.

[ she nods ]

We should see if we can take something back with us... if we end up at the school, maybe a book?

A book's a good idea, especially since the different subjects are going to be things we can't find in our own world, I bet. [He frowns in thought.] But maybe we should leave something else in its place? So the balance isn't too off.

[whitewalls]

That's a good idea... another book?

looks at roxas. you have the summoning powers. ]

Another book...[Give him a moment, and he's going to summon...a copy of Winnie the Pooh because as usual Sora's on his mind and so are Sora's memories. He'll blink at the book for a second before holding it up.]

she reaches over to touch it, and then nods. ]

[An enthused nod and he tucks the book under an arm, keeping his hand in hers as they approach their next portal.]
