As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Lune who speaks up first this time.

"Good morning, good morning. You've done well to purge the corruption in the previous gateway - allow us to assist with the finishing touches. For the time being, it would appear as though we've been able to locate another. The land might appear a bit familiar to some however... I only advise you watch your step."

When Lune finishes, Sol chimes in from their place at Lune's side.

"The corruption is still out there, and we're going to do all that we can to find a way to contain it. But until then... stick close to others this week. Do your best to protect yourselves and look after each other. Okay?"

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

The only oddity is that throughout the week, in a noise that extends past the portal but seems to resound even through the village, there will be the occasional, resounding call of a war horn.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will find ever-growing feelings of anxiety and nervousness dwelling within them the longer they are separated from one another. They will feel compelled to be very close to their partners at all times, and will be on edge if separated for more than an hour by the end of the week. Welcome to surprise codependence at its finest.

[ Junna asked him something very similar. He feels that if he gives Grim Eyes the same answer he'd given her, she would also give him a Judging look.

Ha... it's... definitely a place.

[ He nearly gets killed every night of his life, and it's honestly a miracle he's still here today, even he can admit that. ]

I think it's 'cause I have so many people looking out for me, that I can stay safe. Sort of like here. With you, and everybody else.

You're being so sappy you'll attract bees if you keep going.

[Although she knows it's true. She is looking out for Minato.

Not that it's not true. If we're the ones who have to keep you alive and kicking then we will.

I like bees. [ is all he says about that, but the second comment has him pausing for a moment. ]

...Sorry. Seems like I've been worrying people lately. I'll make an effort to take care of myself too. Since I want to be able to take care of everybody else, in return.

You should start by whoever's your companion in your house. The bird, right? He should be easy to take care of.

Mmhmm. Kazuaki. I like him a lot... I wish there were more I could do for him, though... Are you any good at encouraging people?

Sure. I told him to his face he was being a coward and he decided to stop being one. That counts?

[It could have gone much worse than it actually did, admittedly]

Oh. So it was you who helped him out so much. I've noticed how much work he's been putting into things. That's great of you.

[ Minato is now going to be blunt and rude to everybody's faces and it'll be because of Grim Eyes and Val. ]

[You deserve better influences, Minato. Well, Valvatorez is a decent enough influence]

Then make sure he doesn't give up. He doesn't seem very reliable, so you better help him keep going.

[Easier said than done, but better someone else other than her, she figures]

[ His options here are slim; he can't afford to be picky about influences. ]

I'll do my best. But to me, it feels like he's plenty tenacious already. He really is trying hard, and that makes me want to try harder too...
