Week Three

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Lune who speaks up first this time.

"Good morning, good morning. You've done well to purge the corruption in the previous gateway - allow us to assist with the finishing touches. For the time being, it would appear as though we've been able to locate another. I wonder if you'll find the skyline familiar? Do try to be kind to those you find on the other side."

When Lune finishes, Sol chimes in from their place at Lune's side.

"You guys did great minimizing the damage and working together...so keep it up."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will begin to experience the emotions of one another. The clarity of these emotions enhances with proximity, and they will be able to feel the emotions of their partner's intermingling with their own.

They're not. What makes them complicated is not understanding yourself well enough. [Given the fact he's from a time he was in the middle of everyone else's relationship drama, it's safe to say he thinks he knows what he's talking about. Also he's sixteen almost seventeen, rude.] Isn't a relationship really just two people working together to build a solid partnership?

I guess? [ lea kinda feels like it's a little more complex than that, but he is not from a shoujo manga and instead from disney so can he fucking talk ] But it's not like that's all there is to it.

Oh? If you have a better summation I'd be interested in hearing it. [Solely because he thinks the answer might be interesting given Axel's consulting a book.]

[leaberator]

[ ........... no he's been trapped by this before so he waves vaguely ]

I think summation's the whole problem. Feelings aren't ever that straightforward, are they?

If they were, people wouldn't write offensive books about the subject. But that doesn't mean there aren't certain laws that exist in every relationship.

[leaberator]

... Laws? It's not a contract.

If I'd said rules you probably would have said the same things. Maybe...constants,then? Things that should be and usually do appear in cases like these.

[leaberator]

[ he shrugs because he can't disagree with that? ]

I guess, but when you say it like that, it sure throws a cold front on the whole "every relationship is special" shtick.

[ but he does think it's funny ]

Well. Do you think every relationship is special? I've always thought that the people were attracted to always have one or two things in common to make a relationship work.

[leaberator]

I dunno. Even when people are similar, everyone's different, right? Wouldn't that make every relationship different, too?

I suppose if you think of it that way, sure. But at the same time there are dealbreakers that are universal too, aren't there?
