As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Sol who speaks up first this time.

"We've been asked to open another gateway for you guys, but...it's funny. It sort of feels like things have calmed down. The corruption's temporarily evened out and the universe is stabilized for now, but that doesn't mean we should stop looking. Take a look and see what you can find on the other side. You might even get to learn something new."

When Sol finishes, they turn to face Lune, allowing for the other to speak for themselves.

"A bit of reprieve of welcome, isn't it? Please take this time to recover, even as you make steps forward to continue your good work. Thank you, thank you."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will be able to hear each other's thoughts whenever they look at one another! They may not hear every single thought that occurs, but the link will partners to hear thoughts as though their partner is speaking out loud. The more private the thought, the more likely the partner will pick up on it.



Welcome to your week three mingle! As a reminder, this is break week! This means no murders and no trial! Your normal schedule will resume next week. We will still be hosting a laid-back mini-event on Tuesday, however.

[ He looks... tired, mostly, the sort of tired when you sleep for too long and wake up more exhausted than you were before you fell asleep. But getting up for once does him good, being around people does him good, and having his head pat makes him smile, a little.

He reaches over and holds up one of his cue cards. It's the "whatever" one. ]

[ whatever, huh?

Grabbing a paper. ]

You look bad. We can get food here.

[ "You look bad." Thanks, Feral.

Not that Minato has any reference to how terrible he looks, but he does feel it, so while he makes to hold up the "whatever" card again, he's interrupted by a yawn that he has to stifle in the crook of his arm, and picks up the "yes" card instead.

Yeah, let's get food. Specifically, he takes his colored pencil and draws a rectangle on Feral's sheet of paper. It's a little wobbly, but it's sort of a rectangle. ]

[ he's a helper dog.

grabbing a new paper to put a big "?" on it. then points to the rectangle. what does that mean? ]

[ Is it not clear enough... Minato goes ahead and writes "bread" next to it.

It's a slice of bread? Obviously. ]

[ Oh!

Then he'll write under it. ]

Not just bread.

[ ): He writes back

"I like just bread" ]

[ "Bread is made with milk. That's protein."


He learned this from Kara, thanks for enabling his all-carb diet. ]

[ His partner sucks. Don't listen to him.

He'll cross his arms to make an "X". Denied.

"More protein" ]

[ Kara's great? He taught Minato how to make trash bread.

But hmm, hmmmm Minato doesn't eat a whole lot of protein to begin with, so he tries to think of what he'll eat with bread.

"Sometimes there's nuts on top of bread? I think they're nuts."

Whole grain whatever... it's something. On the crust. ]

[ Kara is a butt!

shaking his head.

"don't count"

look he can promote your gambling addiction but apparently eating just bread is where he draws the line? ]

[ Kara is great and Minato loves Kara.

"Salmon?"

Fish is a meat, right? He likes fish more than other sorts of meat, but he's also never caught a salmon in the ocean, so that's been disappointing. ...He's not really sure if he knows what a salmon looks like, though. He can differentiate sardines now only because of Val. ]
