As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Lune who speaks up first this time.

"Good morning, good morning. You've done well to purge the corruption in the previous gateway - allow us to assist with the finishing touches. For the time being, it would appear as though we've been able to locate another. I would not grow complacent, but I also wonder if you all might enjoy the surprise."

When Lune finishes, Sol chimes in from their place at Lune's side.

"Maybe we can have another week like the last. It'd be nice, wouldn't it? Good luck out there."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, partners will begin to see odd mirages and hear voices calling for them. Even though they might not realize it, these phantoms that will be haunting them will be their partner's most important person, calling for them to come home. Partners will only be able to see each other's illusions if they make physical contact.

[ Feral could have said no but he didn't.

Minato comes back eventually to save Feral from getting his tail mauled— the cat goes back to attacking Minato's ankles instead the moment he's back within range. ]

I'm back. Were you guys getting along?

[ He can't say no to kids.

Making a face and then pointing at his abused tail. No??? ]

[ At least learn to say no to Minato

bc he doesn't know what the tail means, looks around behind Feral and then back, a bit confused ]

Why is the cat so angry

[ He'll... take it as a no, they were not getting along. ]

Dunno... Sometimes, cats take a while to get used to somebody, before they're friends. That's how it is with people too, isn't it? We're all just trying to figure each other out.

[papawolf]

[ it's biting your ankles minato. ]

That's a good idea. I could take him to the koi pond, or the farm.

Let's try the kitchen.

Could... you maybe go to the kitchen for me, and get something?

Nothing. Do you know where Ookurikara is?

[ Did you know Feral is an anti-Kara ]

[ Oh my god. Minato could have just hung out with Feral for the past two weeks and save himself so much grief. ]

[ Maybe not the right thing to say, but. Good. ]

Let's go to the kitchen.

[ He could have and Feral wouldn't have said no.

Giving a nod and leading the way. Let's go. \o/ ]

[ Missed opportunities........... But at least Feral's here with him now, so he can be less wary of going to the kitchen. Worst case scenario, he can have the cat guard the door and yowl if he sees Kara, but that would require training.

Anyways, Minato lets Feral enter the kitchen first, just in case, and waits for his confirmation that Kara isn't inside before he enters. ]

[ It's clear of Karas. He'll wave him in. ]

Is Kara being Kara?

[ Good... The coast is clear, but who knows for how long, so Minato takes a look at the note and then goes off to find tuna cans while he answers ]

Ookurikara was... he's always himself. We made a deal, and I lost, so I'm trying to avoid the penalty...

[papawolf]

[ Kara is stubborn so idk how you're avoiding him all this long dude. he'll wait until he's looking his way before he holds up a new paper. ]

[ By running away at the first sight of him, that's how. ]

Hm... If he catches me, he's going to cut off my hand. That's kind of inconvenient for me.

[papawolf]

He doesn't care if he has a why already. hes wring a huge one that takes the entire page. ]

Uh.

[ He sort of felt like he didn't need to explain this, but here we go anyways ]

Because there's lots of things you need two hands for. So even if I'm ambidextrous, just having one is inconvenient.
