Week Seven

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Sol who speaks up first this time.

"Morning. As usual, you guys were a big help in purging the darkness that lingered in the gateway from last week. We'll take it from here." There's a pause. "...we've got a new one for you, but there's something really weird about it. It's even larger than the last, so be careful when you're out there."

When Sol finishes, Lune picks up where they left off.

"Would it be odd to say that I believe you are all doing well? Your growth has been admirable.... Have heart as you continue to move forward."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, everyone will find that somewhere on their person, a small word is printed displaying their most prominent trait. Though they may not agree, or even realize it, this is a trait that most strongly defines them and over the week this trait will slowly become amplified.

[withsadness]

[She absolutely screams and tries to hug him, so she'll just trip right through his body it's fine.]

I missed you so much! You didn't forget about me!

[leaberator]

[ HIS HEART IS BROKEN HE WANTS TO HUG HER SO BAD AND HE LOOKS LIKE HE'S GONNA CRY NOW he's fine he isn't crying he's smiling he just LOOKS like he wants to cry ]

Of course not. I'd never forget you.

[withsadness]

Not even if we were really far away forever?

[She reorients herself as she turns back to him. She doesn't launch for a hug, but she does still come close to hover her hands around one of his. If nothing else, Mary's good at pretending.]

[leaberator]

[ they can pretend hold hands forever that's fine it's fine he's not emotionally devastated ]

'Course not. I told you, you'll always be right here. [ he puts a hand where his heart is ] An' I'll be in yours. Even when we're far apart.

[withsadness]

That makes me so happy...even though I've been dead, you're always right here!

[She's clearly just dragging him down to Hell with her.]

[leaberator]

[ it's fine it's what he deserves ]

Yeah. I toldja, we'll always be together. [ he gestures at her flower crown ] You like it? I've been practicing.

[withsadness]

You practiced so much that you made a magical crown that let me see you again!

[This is what she's chosen to believe. Your love has revived her!]

I'm so happy...I want to keep it forever and ever. I feel like a real princess!

[leaberator]

[ you know what. he'll let her believe that ]

Well, it's yours, so of course you can keep it as long as you want. [ as for the princess thing... he laughs ] Want me to call you that from now on? Princess Mary?

[unfriendliest]

[withsadness]

Kara! I saw it...I saw that you flew a pretty red kite for me!

[unfriendliest]

[ wow it's so weird hearing anyone but the dategumi call him that but you know what, this is mary, so he'll accept it. she couldn't pronounce his full name anyway. ]

You saw...?

[ HE'S NOT SURE HOW HE FEELS ABOUT THAT?? ]

...I still have it, if you still want to try.

[withsadness]

[It's better than Ooki or whatever it was she was calling him.]

Uh-huh! I was sad because I couldn't be there with you...but happy, too, because it meant that you missed me. I always think that nobody would ever care if I was gone.

[Her eyes sparkle.]

You do? That would be so much fun!

[unfriendliest]

I didn't want you to leave.

[ but. he'll actually offer her a small smile. ]

Yeah. I left it in the house, but I kept it, in case I saw you again.

[withsadness]

[Mary squeals in unbridled delight! It's almost like she was never decapitated at all. Instinctively, she reaches to try and take his hand, but naturally, phases right through him.]

Let's go right now!

[unfriendliest]

[ he stares at their hands thoughtfully ]

Are you sure you don't want me to bring it back here for you? That way, you'll be able to fly it yourself.

[blackcoats]

[ A SHINING LIGHT IN THIS SEA OF CRIPPLING DEPRESSION ]

Your crown is so pretty.

[withsadness]

Xion! It's a magical crown, because it brought me here to see you and Lea! And everybody that I missed!

[She starts to go in to give Xion a hug...and then remembers.]

Oh...I can't touch you. I forgot.
