Week Seven
13 in Competition

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Sol who speaks up first this time.

"Morning. As usual, you guys were a big help in purging the darkness that lingered in the gateway from last week. We'll take it from here." There's a pause. "...we've got a new one for you, but there's something really weird about it. It's even larger than the last, so be careful when you're out there."

When Sol finishes, Lune picks up where they left off.

"Would it be odd to say that I believe you are all doing well? Your growth has been admirable.... Have heart as you continue to move forward."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, everyone will find that somewhere on their person, a small word is printed displaying their most prominent trait. Though they may not agree, or even realize it, this is a trait that most strongly defines them and over the week this trait will slowly become amplified.

[ Yeah, maybe she missed breakfast. A tragedy.

It's a lot easier now, gathering up all the eggs and threatening any tomatoes with lava if they try to get in the way, but it's also... very heavy, the basket quickly gets really heavy, why does Naminé want so many eggs ]

... I think that's all of them.

[ Cool, but like. How are they supposed to get this back. ]

I dunno how well you can control plants and stuff, to maybe help carry this back... I've got something that would work, but it's back in hell so I'd have to go back and get it.

[whitewalls]

Hm... I can try to carry it.

[ she wouldn't want to make minato do it if he wouldn't want to?? and it'll take a while for him to leave then come back... ]

[ It'll take a while and he'll probably forget and leave Naminé sitting in the field with these eggs until the next day. ]

Yeah, give it a try. If you're strong enough for this, you'll be strong enough for catapults.

[whitewalls]

You really want the catapults...

[ but okay, she is going to try to lift up this basket on her own.

... she can do it but. it will be a struggle. ]

I was really looking forward to it.

[ Minato keeps hold of the basket, but isn't really lifting it. He's sort of here like moral support? He's here to use the basket as a means to sort of hold Naminé's hand. ]

[whitewalls]

[ they, once again, look so fucking stupid

but she smiles. ]

Maybe the next time I see you.

[ It's inevitable, because they're so fucking stupid. ]

...Look at me real quick, Naminé.

[ she'll turn her head towards him. ]

Catapult.

[ It's the next time she sees him. It's right now. ]

You know what I mean.

If something happens I can't even touch you.

[ Minato laughs, because he was hoping she would have taken the bait. ]

There's not much that can hurt me anymore, when I'm like this. Leaving again will probably hurt... but I got to spend another fun day with you, so I'll be alright when that happens too.

[whitewalls]

[ she missed this. it's bad. ]

... let's bring the eggs back.

[compendiem]

[ He missed it too. When will Naminé die. ]

Alright, alright...

[ maybe on friday. :) ]

[ Fingers crossed for Friday ): ]

Ha, I feel stronger already, being encouraged like that.

[ He's still doing very little on his end, it's all Naminé ]

[ it definitely is and she is going to be too tired later. she's going to nap. ]

I'll make sure to do it more.

[ Mood. Minato is also going to nap. I imagine that's how he spends the entirety of his week outside of greeting people on Mondays. ]

And I'll make sure to do stuff worth encouraging.

I will. I'll write to you every day.

[ He will draw her cryptic pictures and never explain what it means ]

... maybe not every day. You might want to write to other people.

[ the pictures would make her tired and yet also happy ]

You can share them with other people, and it's like the same thing. That's sort of what I was hoping, actually... that people are friends enough to talk.

[ aka figure out the pictograph he sent a week ago and is still waiting on an answer ]

Hm... I might not do it during trial then.

Yeah... you guys weren't supposed to have been worrying about that during trial.
