On Monday morning, the sun rises on the sleepy village, and when the first ray of light touches the gates at each corner of the village, the previously tightly sealed doors open.

The barriers around the village fall, and leave it entirely open. Each cardinal direction will have a path exiting the village, taking the curious explorers who follow it on an adventure to new territories to be explored. They’ll find that each location that they arrive in appears to be associated with one of the elements. As the Signs had explained the day before, each of the participants in the game possesses an elemental assignment, whether they are aware of it or not.

When they approach the elemental areas, they’ll find themselves more in tune with their new powerset, as if the location invites them to take them out for a spin. The new areas appear to be perfect for training and learning how to use the new skills, or maybe if you’re curious you can discover which of those listed powers you’ve been granted.

Just try not to hurt yourself while you’re out there.

In addition, it seems now that more pieces of the core are being revealed, the river that runs through the village will begin to be dotted with small lanterns floating on the water. Some of them seem to be holding small notes. Try as you might to grab one, they’ll always just barely float out of reach.

Perhaps try sending one yourself and see what results you might get?

Occasionally in the village, you might hear the sound of drums and flutes - is that festival music? - though no matter how you search, you can’t find the source… yet.

We'd probably see wings if they were angels, after all.

They could be hidden. Folded up really compact under those cloaks!

Or maybe they can shape-shift the wings away.

Not really, but it's fun to think about.

This place has magic. There's no reason we can't find an angel and demon here, I bet.

Maybe one is an angel and one is a demon.

And it'd fit with the dichotomy of light and darkness, wouldn't it?

Just imagine -- one an angel, trying to pull us to the side of light, while the other tries to encase the universe in darkness~

So what's on the side of light, and what's on the side of darkness?

... I don't really know.

Sol-san mentioned we need to get rid of the darkness, but never really explained any further than that.

[it just went without question that darkness = bad. huh]

Maybe the darkness is hurting the worlds?

... Though I think nothing but light would hurt it, too. Then no one could see where they're going.

Though that'd also mean siding with Sol-san isn't a good idea.

If it really is about balance, then we just need equal people on either side. Or for no one to take sides. Either way.

Well, we'll just have to keep a lookout and see if Sol-san and Lune-san are being honest with us. I hope they are...

It's hard to know what they're hiding because they have to oooor... When they're just choosing not to explain things.

It'd make things much easier on us if we knew the full story...

But I suppose sometimes that just complicates matters, too.

I think straight-forward plots are better.

I don't hate them, but predictable stuff is nicer than people give it credit for.

Yeah! It's easier to know when to get excited when you know what's coming. Or what you need to change, if you know how things will normally go.
