On Monday morning, the sun rises on the sleepy village, and when the first ray of light touches the gates at each corner of the village, the previously tightly sealed doors open.

The barriers around the village fall, and leave it entirely open. Each cardinal direction will have a path exiting the village, taking the curious explorers who follow it on an adventure to new territories to be explored. They’ll find that each location that they arrive in appears to be associated with one of the elements. As the Signs had explained the day before, each of the participants in the game possesses an elemental assignment, whether they are aware of it or not.

When they approach the elemental areas, they’ll find themselves more in tune with their new powerset, as if the location invites them to take them out for a spin. The new areas appear to be perfect for training and learning how to use the new skills, or maybe if you’re curious you can discover which of those listed powers you’ve been granted.

Just try not to hurt yourself while you’re out there.

In addition, it seems now that more pieces of the core are being revealed, the river that runs through the village will begin to be dotted with small lanterns floating on the water. Some of them seem to be holding small notes. Try as you might to grab one, they’ll always just barely float out of reach.

Perhaps try sending one yourself and see what results you might get?

Occasionally in the village, you might hear the sound of drums and flutes - is that festival music? - though no matter how you search, you can’t find the source… yet.

[ there's a point where he just stops trying to understand tsuru and he's long since hit it. ]

[ he grabs three more eggs and starts to quickly paint them too

it means kara has to wait a little longer, but once tsuru is done, there's eggs of him, mitsu, and sada as well. at this point kara could probably only tell who they're supposed to be because there's four of them and also the color schemes. ]

[ it still looks like a whole lot of nothing, but the colors - yeah, now he can see it. ]

Tadaaaa!

[ he's very proud of these eggs. he'll hand kara the mitsutada one. ]

[ guess he's holding a mitsutada egg now. he stares at it, then looks back at tsuru. what is he supposed to do with this. ]

Ahaha! You two look great together!

[ he's really pleased by this. ]

...It's an egg.

[ he carefully sets it down with the other three ]

Are you done with the eggs? They need to stay refrigerated.

[ hmm...

he'll pick them up to put them back into the fridge.................. ]

[ kara isn't even going to try to help ]

If you want everyone to see the, make sure they're facing the front.

[ kara is rude but honestly tsuru would have been surprised if he did help

so he strategically sets the eggs up :) ]

once he's done, kara's just going to head for the door. they can go now right ]

[ tsuru just immediately zooms after him, wrapping his arms around kara's

they're still attached. tsuru did not forget about the clinging. ]

he enjoyed freedom while it lasted ]

Are you going to take the paint back?

[ he forgot

and is going to run back to the kitchen to grab the paint ]

[ and because kara's a jerk, he keeps walking. maybe he can get away before tsuru comes back... ]

[ wow!!!!

he runs back out, then looks around... which direction did he go....

tsuru will pick the one that kara was headed towards before so unless he changed direction, tsuru will probably catch up since he's running ]

[ changing direction never even occurred to him so it isn't long before tsuru catches up again

goodbye, freedom, he hardly knew ye ]

[ it's fine kara you'll be free in a few days

but tsuru latches onto him again as soon as he catches up. ]

Kara-bou tried to escape.

[ he doesn't want to be THAT free shut up ]

You took too long.

[ he tried to escape ]

You could have waited! We're having so much fun together.

[ drunkenly painting eggs is fun ]

[ he just shrugs because tsuru should know he doesn't have the patience for that? oh well. ]
