Week Seven

As the sun rises on Monday morning, all participants will find themselves awakening with a sense of purpose. Regardless of where they slept the night before, they’ll find themselves compelled to return to the main meeting hall first thing in the morning.

Approaching the hall, however, they will find a large, swirling mass grey in color looming near the sakura tree. This swirl cannot be approached just yet, but seems to be locked and waiting for something more.

As the last member of the village enters the hall, they will find Lune and Sol at the head of the room. Though they’re together, it’s Sol who speaks up first this time.

"Morning. As usual, you guys were a big help in purging the darkness that lingered in the gateway from last week. We'll take it from here." There's a pause. "...we've got a new one for you, but there's something really weird about it. It's even larger than the last, so be careful when you're out there."

When Sol finishes, Lune picks up where they left off.

"Would it be odd to say that I believe you are all doing well? Your growth has been admirable.... Have heart as you continue to move forward."

The moment participants leave the hall, they will find that the gateway has changed from grey to white, the opening widening enough for multiple people to step through. The Signs will soon take their leave, and all will remain peaceful once more.

In addition, as the week goes on, everyone will find that somewhere on their person, a small word is printed displaying their most prominent trait. Though they may not agree, or even realize it, this is a trait that most strongly defines them and over the week this trait will slowly become amplified.

You know, transcending a corporeal form is pretty great. We can do whatever, and you wouldn't have to worry about anything happening to me anymore.

[ she has no idea why the dead are back for that but

[ Okay. Minato takes another bite of bread, because it has nothing to do with him. ]

this is very stupid, but it makes her smile brightly as he gently holds onto one end of it. ]

[ It's stupid but when has Minato ever cared about being stupid? It's fine as long as they can both hold onto something, and he can feel a part of this world that he should have left and disappeared completely from. ]

Minato takes like two steps and then looks over at Naminé ]

[ do they have anything to go on? wtf Minato doesn't even know what sort of babies they're looking for ]

Yes.... they should be scattered around the gateway.

[ i hope he's imagining human infants hanging out of trees ]

[ He is absolutely imagining that ]

I guess... I'll keep an ear out for them too. Try not to step on them if we're searching through tall grass and stuff.

[whitewalls]

[ Tall grass... Minato nods and starts forward and I guess everything is grey and depressing but that's okay, being with Naminé is color enough in the world to him. ]

Let's try the forest... Babies will scream if there's dangerous animals, so we'll hear them. Makes it easy.
